TERMS & CONDITIONS - Art approval process is the most crucial step in any personalization business. Customer must carefully approve all layout, sizing and spelling. Once customer approves artwork liability shifts to customer who agrees not to hold AKDink.com responsible for changes not requested prior to final approval. AKDink.com makes its best effort at all times to get artwork correct for customer and guarantees to etch artwork exactly as customer approves (see Perfect Art Promise).
Once a custom order has been accepted it cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are made to your specific requirements and cannot be returned. Please contact customer service at (818) 340.1357 within 3 days of receiving damaged, defective or mis-etched product for credit and replacement options. Prices and products offered through our website are subject to change without notice. By placing an order with AKDink.com for any product in this website, customer agrees to all terms and conditions.
